Larry grew up in a rural setting in Northern Montana.
He moved to Colorado and had a successful career
as a software developer. In the early 1990’s
he became interested in alternative healthcare,
and received certification in Massage Therapy from
the Colorado School of Healing Arts. Larry believes
strongly in the Holistic approach to health care
– that the secret to overall health is attention
to body, mind and spirit. In addition to being a
C.M.T., Larry has been certified in Sports Massage,
Therapeutic Touch, Reflexology, and Trauma Touch
Therapy.
Because of the changing needs of the Valley Wellness
Centers, Larry has set his healthcare skills aside
and is working to provide the centers with the software
support they need to grow and prosper. This includes
Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Systems
Administration and Project Management, which are
all skills that are needed at this time to support
the centers.
Larry and his wife Carol moved to Glenwood Springs
in 2002, and are excited to be members of a small
community, where they feel that they know their
neighbors, and can make a difference in various
community volunteer projects.
