She joined the Valley Wellness Centers in 1999.
Her continuing education and techniques include
myofascial release and unwinding, core bodywork,

"Starting out as a formally trained medical
lab technician, I have worked in the medical and
chiropractic fields for over 20 years. During that
time I saw the need to educate people about methods
of natural health care and stress management techniques.
I derive great satisfaction and fulfillment from
working closely with people to achieve these goals.
As the mother of a school aged child I take a special
interest in natural healthcare for infants and children.
I find it exciting that in recent years there has
been research conducted in controlled clinical settings
that have documented the physiological effects and
benefits of massage. Massage and other "hands-on"
therapies are an important part of any health care
regimen"
