CHRISTOPHER B. CALDWELL Certified GYROTONIC® Instructor, TAI CHI Instructor
Christopher Caldwell has been a loyal client
of Dr. Dave Jensen's since 1996. He studies
Kung Fu and Tai Chi. Believing in himself
and setting and attaining goals, Christopher
has accomplished a personal foundation that
he will bring to The WIN Health Institute
and it's
clients. He has been a student of Kung Fu and Tai Chi
since 1996 and finds the art form perfect
for balancing the ego. He believes
the desire to give the highest quality service
every day to everyone is the loftiest of
goals. Christopher was introduced to "The
Secret" and now believes that "The Law Of
Attraction" can truly change mankind one
spirit at a time. "Thoughts become things,
choose good ones" has become a way of
life. In
2006 Christopher injured his right shoulder
through an intensive training program.
He came to his mentor for guidance and was
introduced to GYROTONIC. He
felt immediate relief that he was unable to
experience prior to this kind of workout.
GYROTONIC is a system of
exercise designed to mobilize the spine and
release rigidity. It stimulates and
strengthens the nervous system to increase
muscular contraction and extension. It
increases mobility of the joints and uses
the fullest capacity in all directions.
Above all it creates more harmony and
balance in the flow of energy. Since the
conception of The WIN Health Institute, Christopher
has followed a path that has led him to some
of the best instructors in martial arts and
GYROTONIC worldwide. He
follows guidelines set forth by
GYROTONIC Headquarters and
maintains updates and training classes.
Christopher has worked with Randy Brooks, a
Level 2 GYROTONIC
Trainer; as well as Angela Crowley, who is
one of nine Certified Master Trainers in the
world.
Christopher continues his training of
GYROTONIC with Adrianna
Thompson, Master Instructor, of Aspen, CO.
Christopher has worked with some of the best
Kung Fu instructors in the world. He
has begun to teach his love for
Tai Chi to the clients of Valley Wellness. He will begin teaching an
introduction to Tai Chi this summer in The
WIN Health Institute for Colorado Mountain
College. Tai Chi is useful to everyone as it
relieves the stress the world tends to place
on our shoulders. Christopher has studied
Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Chi Kung under Grand
Masters and Masters. To think only of
the best, to work only for the best, and to
expect only the best is a way of life we
should all embrace.
